§ 30.26 ASSIGNED POSITION OF CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS.
   (A)   The City Clerk shall assign a number to each City Council seat, which shall consist of six members for the City Council.
   (B)   Any candidate seeking election to the City Council shall file for one of the assigned City Council seats.
