The officially adopted and agreed upon area of city impact for the city is established by Ordinance 95-01-B, as contained in this section, and by the county.
(A) Legal description. The following is the geographic description of impact boundary as provided on the County Map:
(1) The start point is:
(a) Northwest corner of section 27;
(b) East to the intersection of sections 22, 23, 26, and 27;
(c) North to midpoint of section 23;
(d) East to the center of section 23;
(e) North through section 14 to the south border of section 11; and
(f) East to the intersection of sections 11, 12, 13, and 14, north to the intersection with the continued westward line extended from the intersection of sections 7, 8, 17, and 18.
(2) Then:
(a) North to the midpoint of section 8; and
(b) East to the west boundary of section 10.
(3) This will be the most northwest point of the boundary:
(a) Then south to the midpoint of section 16;
(b) West to the east boundary of section 18;
(c) South to the intersection of sections 17, 18, 19, and 20;
(d) West to the east boundary of section 13,
(e) South to the intersection of sections 19, 24, 25, and 30;
(f) West to the midpoint of section 24;
(g) South to the center of section 25;
(h) East to the west boundary of section 29. From this point; south to the midpoint of section 31;
(i) West to the east boundary of section 25;
(j) South to the north boundary of sections 1 and 2; and
(k) West to the east boundary of section 3.
(4) This is the southernmost point of the boundary:
(a) Then west to the southwest corner of section 3;
(b) North to the south boundary of section 33;
(c) East to the west boundary of section 34; and
(d) North to the intersection of sections 21, 22, 27, and 28.
