(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to turn in any false fire alarm, or to procure any false fire alarm to be turned in, or in any manner to give any false fire alarm, or to procure any false fire alarm to be given.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
