(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any gun, pistol, rifle, or other firearm within the corporate limits of the city without a special permit obtained from the City Council.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
