§ 113.03 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   Requirement to obtain concessions permit.
      (1)   It shall be unlawful for any vendor to operate any concession within the city without first having obtained a concessions permit.
      (2)   A separate application and permit shall be required for each individual concession that is operated by a vendor.
   (B)   Term of concessions permit. A permit issued under this chapter shall be good for the calendar year in which the permit was issued. Each vendor desiring to continue conducting activities regulated by this chapter must reapply with the city annually.
   (C)   Record of permits issued. The City Clerk must keep a complete list of all vendors approved to engage in concession activities within the city for the current calendar year.
   (D)   Transferability of permit. Permits issued pursuant to this chapter are valid only for the vendor applying and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other vendor.
   (E)   Other permits. Vendors operating mobile concessions within the city must also obtain any other permits required by state or local law, including any permits required by the Panhandle Health District, and the same shall be displayed for public view on each mobile concession in accordance with this chapter and the rules or regulations established by the agency requiring the permit.
