§ 113.01 AUTHORITY; PURPOSE.

(A) Authority. This chapter is enacted pursuant to the city’s general police power and the authority granted to cities by the State Constitution and the Idaho Code.

(B) Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to preserve and protect the health, safety, and general welfare of persons and property in the city by regulating the operation, location, and permitting of mobile concessions.
