(A) No person shall provide false information on a permit application or background check application.
(B) No person, registered or not, shall solicit or peddle business at any home or business when such location has clearly posted any sign indicating that solicitation or peddling is prohibited.
(C) No person, registered or not, shall continue with solicitation or peddling at any home or business when requested to leave by the owner, authorized agent of the owner, or any other person that resides or works on the premises.
(D) No person, registered or not, may solicit or peddle at any home or business before 10:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m.
(E) No person, registered or not, may misrepresent the purpose of his or her solicitation or peddling, or make misrepresentations or false statements when conducting activities regulated by this chapter.
(F) No person, registered or not, may represent that the city endorses the activities of any peddler or solicitor.
(G) No person, registered or not, shall solicit or peddle on any city property, right-of-way, or in any area within the city, except those areas designated by the City Council, during special events and/or festivals or at other times designated as restricted by the City Council. Notice of these restricted times shall be posted at the City Hall and on the city’s website.
