Violation of any of the provisions of Idaho Code Title 23, Chapter 9, shall be deemed a violation of this subchapter. A revocation or suspension of the state license by the Director of the State Department of Law Enforcement shall be deemed prima facie evidence for revocation or suspension of the license issued in this subchapter hereunder. A violation of the terms of this subchapter, in addition to being grounds for revocation or suspension of the license issued hereunder, shall be penalized as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
