§ 111.17 APPLICATION.
   Applications for a license shall be in writing, signed, and sworn to by the applicant upon application forms furnished by the City Clerk/Treasurer and presented to the Mayor and City Council at the next meeting of the said City Council for its approval, rejection, or further consideration.
