§ 30.06 RULES AND ORDER OF BUSINESS.

(A) The City Council shall establish such rules and order of business as it sees fit for the conduct of its meetings and for the transaction of such business as may properly come before it.

(B) Such rules and order of business may be amended at any time by a majority vote of the City Council.
