For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OWNER. The owner of record as determined from the records of the County Assessor’s office or such other records or information as the city may determine appropriate.
SNOW REMOVAL SEASON. That period of time from November 1 to March 31 during which snow removal operations are presumed to occur daily.
TENANT OR OCCUPANT. Any person who occupies property or land.
