§ 93.049 QUARTERLY ASSESSMENT.
   If the City Council determines that designated funds are necessary for the repair, replacement, or maintenance of street lighting, the City Council may establish a quarterly fee by resolution to be assessed to all owners and occupants of all improved real property parcels within the city.
