During the performance of the work, the permittee shall provide and maintain fences, barricades, warning and directional signs, flares, red lights, watchpersons, and flagpersons as may be required by existing traffic laws and regulations to ensure full and complete safety to the general public, as provided by §§ 156.155 through 156.158, being further requirements regarding signs.
