§ 92.06 FAILURE TO REMOVE OR COMPLY.
   If the responsible party refuses to remove or cause to be removed any vehicle or other public nuisance found to be in violation of this chapter, the Chief of Police shall pray for a court order to seize the vehicle or other property constituting a public nuisance, and/or criminally charge the responsible party with violation of this chapter.
