§ 92.03 ANIMALS.
   (A)   Livestock and poultry. Except for common household pets, no person shall keep or maintain livestock or poultry within the limits of the city. Animals being maintained at the time of passage hereof are exempt from enforcement. Once said animal is removed or expires, no animal shall take its place.
   (B)   Animal carcasses. No person shall permit an animal carcass owned or controlled by him or her to remain upon public property, or to be exposed on private property, for a period of time longer than is necessary to remove and dispose of the carcass, but in no event longer than 24 hours.
