§ 11.04 OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY.
   Mountain West Bank is hereby designated as the official depository of municipal funds for the city. The City Clerk/Treasurer is hereby ordered, required, and directed to keep monies belonging to or in the care of the city coming into his or her hands and into the hands of the city in the above-named depository.
