(A) Design. The corporate seal of the city shall be circular in form with inner and outer circles. The outer circle shall be one and one-half inches in diameter overall, and the inner circle shall be one inch in diameter overall. It shall bear upon the space between the two circles the words, “City of Wallace, Idaho,” and upon the space within the inner circle the words “Corporate Seal.”
(B) Adopted. The seal described in division (A) above be and the same is hereby adopted as the corporate seal of the city.
