§ 32.25 AUTHORIZATION TO TRANSFER FUNDS.
   No monies shall be transferred from one fund to another fund, including transfers from one line item to another line item within the same fund, without the prior authorization of the Town Council which authorization shall be documented in the minutes of the meeting where such authorization was granted.
