(A) There is hereby created and established an Ambulance Operating Fund.
(B) The purpose of such fund is to provide financing for the necessary existence and operation of the Walkerton Lincoln Fire Protection Territory. Expenses and activities for which fund proceeds may be directed include, but are not limited to, payment of bills and expenses, equipment, supplies, repairs and maintenance for the Walkerton Lincoln Fire Protection Territory.
(C) Previously, this Fund was a department of the General Fund of the Town.
(D) This section took full force and effect on 1-1-1998, and after due attestation.
