The Town Council hereby establishes a separate fund which shall be known as the Matching Grant Fund for the purpose of having funds available to meet matching grant requirements as necessary and that said Matching Grant Fund shall consist of funds as provided by the approved budget of the Town and as derived from other sources as determined appropriate by the Town Council.
