Budgeted funds will be added to the Town Beautification Fund as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Town Council. The Town Council hereby creates and establishes a separate fund which shall be known as the Town Beautification Fund to be used for the purpose of paying the expense of projects for the beautification of the Town, including the highway approaches to the Town and the public streets and public properties within the Town.
