§ 32.01 SALE OF SURPLUS ASSETS FUND ACCOUNT.
   The Town Council hereby establishes a separate fund which shall be known as the Sale of Fund Surplus for the purpose of receiving and disbursing monies from the sale of items determined to be surplus.
