The Town is hereby divided into districts in order to carry out the purposes and provisions of this chapter. The following districts are hereby established.
(A) Residential districts.
(1) R-1 Residential District - Single-Family;
(2) R-2 Residential District - Two-Family; and
(3) R-3 Residential District - Multi-Family.
(B) Commercial districts.
(1) C-1 Commercial District - Central Business District;
(2) C-2 Commercial District - Neighborhood Shopping District;
(3) C-3 Commercial District - Shopping Center District; and
(4) C-4 Commercial District - General Commercial District.
(C) Industrial districts.
(1) I-1 Industrial District - Light Industrial; and
(2) I-2 Industrial District - Heavy Industrial.
