Wherever the word “Town” appears in this chapter, it shall be deemed to refer to the “Town of Walkerton St. Joseph County, Indiana”; the word “Commission” refers to the “Walkerton Plan Commission”; the word “Board” refers to the “Walkerton Board of Zoning Appeals”; the words “Zoning Map” or “Official Zoning Map” refer to a map entitled “Walkerton, St. Joseph County, Indiana Zoning Map” dated 1980, and any amendments thereto; the words “Comprehensive Plan” refer to the complete plan, or any of its parts, prepared and adopted in accordance with state statute, as is now or may hereafter be in effect.
