The penalty for any violation of an ordinance designated in the Schedule of Ordinances, Violations, and Civil Penalties shall be as set forth in said ordinance. All fines must be paid in person at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer or deposited or postmarked within 72 hours of three Town working days of the violation notice. In any event, the civil penalty must be paid with 12 days of the violation notice.
