The applicant shall pay to the Clerk-Treasurer simultaneously with his or her application a permit fee in the amount as set out in the Fee Schedule in Ch. 35 of this code of ordinances. In the event the application and/or bond of the applicant is not approved, the fee shall be returned to the applicant.
