(A) The applicant shall file a bond in the penal sum of not less than $2,000 conditioned for the performance of the work and the maintenance of said work for a period of one year from the completion of such work.
(B) In the event personal sureties are used, they shall sign an affidavit that they are worth over and above the amount of their indebtedness the penalty of said bond.
