§ 151.17 RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   (A)   All persons shall have the right to appeal the Building Commissioner’s decision first through the Town Council and then through the Administrative Building Council of the state, in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 22-13-2-11 or I.C. 22-12-7, as applicable.
   (B)   Any person exercising his or her right to appeal herein shall provide to the Clerk-Treasurer written notice requesting an appeal of the Building Commissioner’s decision; said written notice should contain the name of the person appealing said decision, the location and subject matter of the decision, the date of the decision and a general statement concerning an error of the decision.
   (C)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall promptly notify the Town Council so that a hearing can be held on the appeal by the Town Council within five days from the date of receipt of the written notice.
