No permits shall be issued for the foregoing purposes, unless the application for such permit is accompanied by a plat or sketch of the proposed location showing lot boundaries, and by plans and specifications showing the work to be done. The application for the permit must be completed at the Clerk-Treasurer’s office of the Town. The parcel number for the proposed location must be included on the permit application. All plans for building construction under the authority of the Administrative Building Council of the state must also be filed with the permit application. No local permit shall be issued hereunder until a copy of the design release for construction for the State Building Commissioner is received by the Building Commissioner.
