§ 151.05 ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The following rules, regulations and codes are hereby adopted by reference as the rules and regulations governing the construction and alterations of buildings and structures in the Town.
      (1)   Construction Rules and Regulations, Volume I; 1980 Edition of the State of Indiana (675 I.A.C. 2) originally published as (3 IR 2148), which identifies, amends, and incorporates therein the Uniform Building Code, 1979 Edition, or most current edition, and the Uniform Building Code Standards, 1979 Edition, or most current edition.
      (2)   Indiana Fire and Building Safety Standards (675 I.A.C. 13-1), originally published as (8 IR), under that title, which incorporates by reference the following National Fire Protection Standards (NFPA):
         (a)   Standard for Low Expansion Foam and Combined Agent Systems 1983, or most current edition, (NFPA 11-1983). Appendix C of this document is deleted in its entirety;
