§ 30.076 DRUG TASK FORCE.
   (A)   A fund will be established and known as the Town Area Drug Task Force Fund. The purpose of the fund will be to reduce the drug abuse and related problems within the Town area.
   (B)   Funds to be established for the use of emergency items of operating expenses will be labeled confidential evidence funds. The characteristics of the funds will be that of a petty cash fund. The custodian of the confidential evidence funds will be the WADTF Project Director.
   (C)   The WADTF Project Director, prior to payment being authorized, must sign initial requests for confidential evidence funds.
   (D)   The WADTF Project Director shall require a receipt for each expenditure made from the confidential evidence funds.
   (E)   The WADTF Project Director shall periodically file a voucher, with all original receipts totaling the cash claimed expended being attached to it, so that the confidential evidence funds can be reimbursed for expenditures from it. Reimbursement must be approved and made in the same manner as is required for other expenditures of the Town.
   (F)   The WADTF Project Director will submit an internal audit of these funds to the Town Clerk- Treasurer at the end of every quarter.
   (G)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer shall then complete a financial audit of the confidential evidence funds within 30 days following the end of each fiscal quarter.
