§ 150.02 NUMBERING OF RESIDENCES AND STRUCTURES.
   (A)   Placement. The owner or occupant of every home, apartment, mobile home or other residential dwelling and every business place in the Town shall place the number assigned to his or her lot or part of a lot by the Town in a conspicuous place on the side of or above the front door of such residential dwelling or building.

   (B)   Size. Such number shall consist of figures not less than three inches in length and shall be so made or marked as to be distinctly and easily read from the road.

   (C)   Non-compliance. If the owner or occupant of any residential dwelling or building fails to number the same within 90 days after the effective date of this section, or within 30 days after the completion of a new residential dwelling or building, the Town shall place a number upon such residential dwelling or building in conformance with this section, and recover the cost from such owner or occupant in a civil action brought in the name of the Town, or by filing a mechanic’s lien upon the property or in any other manner provided by law.

   (D)   Enforcement. The Building Inspector and the Chief of Police of the Town shall be charged with the duty of enforcing the terms of this section.
