§ 150.01 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
   (A)   The plan for the area is in all respects approved, ratified and confirmed by the Town Council.
   (B)   The action of the Plan Commission approving the plan and the declaratory resolution is, in all respects, approved, ratified and confirmed by the Town Council.
