(A) Any person found in violation of § 130.04 of this chapter shall have committed a Class B infraction.
(B) Any person found in violation of any other provisions of this chapter shall have committed a Class A infraction.
(C) Each day that a violation is in effect shall constitute a separate offense.
(D) During any trial concerning the provisions of this chapter, the court may admit evidence of the sound pressure level as tested by a sound level meter which meets or exceeds ANSI specifications for Type II equipment.
(E) In addition to any and all other remedies, the Town may at its discretion, file suit in civil action in any court having jurisdiction thereof for an injunction against any person to prohibit the violation of the provisions this chapter.
