§ 116.02 CHARITABLE SOLICITATIONS COMMISSION.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Charitable Solicitations Commission of the Town, which Commission shall be responsible for the regulation of charitable solicitations.
   (B)   Said Commission shall be composed of the Town Council, and terms on the Commission shall be the same as terms on the Town Council.
