§ 115.28 SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.

(A) Any taxicab license granted hereunder shall be suspended if such taxicab shall, with the knowledge and consent of the owner, be used in violation of any law or provision of this chapter.

(B) No owner or taxicab operator shall permit any unlicensed driver or any driver whose license has been suspended or revoked to operate any taxicab within the Town or as provided for in this chapter.
