§ 115.04 TAXICAB STANDS.
   The Town Council may, pursuant to this code, designate places on the streets of the Town for use by taxicabs as stands. Taxicab stands so designated shall be clearly marked or indicated by signs. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle other than a taxicab in any such taxicab stand.
