§ 30.061 UNANIMOUS CONSENT.
   No ordinance shall be passed on the same day or at the same meeting that it is introduced, except by unanimous consent, and a motion to suspend the rules, and then only in the case there are present and voting at least three-fourths of all the members-elect of the Town Council.
