§ 112.32 FISCAL REPORTS.
   The grantee shall file annually with the Town Council, no later than 120 days after the end of the grantee’s fiscal year, a copy of the financial report applicable to the Town’s CATV system, including an income statement applicable to its operations during the preceding 12-month period, a balance sheet and a statement of its properties devoted to CATV system operations by categories, giving its investment in such properties on the basis of original cost, less applicable depreciation. These reports shall be certified as correct by an authorized officer of the grantee and there shall be submitted along with them such other reasonable information as the Town Council shall request with respect to the grantee’s properties and expenses related to its CATV system operations within the Town.
