(A) All ordinances passed by the Town Council requiring publication shall take effect on the date of publication, unless therein otherwise expressly provided.
(B) Ordinances not requiring publication shall take effect from their passage and upon being signed and attested to, unless otherwise expressly provided.
(C) Wherever any ordinance or part of an ordinance shall be repealed or modified by a subsequent ordinance, the part of such ordinance thus repealed or modified shall continue in force until the publication of the ordinance repealing or modifying the same. When publication is not required, the repealing or modifying ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage, unless therein otherwise expressly provided.
