(A) The cable televisions system shall have at least 35 channels available for immediate use.
(B) Such system shall maintain a plant having the technical capacity for return or “two-way” communications.
(C) The grantee shall maintain at least one specially designated channel for use by local educational or local government authorities and shall have available upon reasonable notice, equipment for local production and presentation of cable cast programs other than automated services and the grantee shall permit its use for the production and presentation of public access programs.
(D) The grantee shall incorporate into its cable television system, the capacity which will permit the Town, in times of emergency, to override, by remote control, the audio of all channels simultaneously. The grantee shall designate a channel which will be used for emergency broadcasts of both audio and video. The grantee shall cooperate with the Town in the use and operation of the emergency alert override system.
(E) The grantee shall provide such additional services and facilities as are contained in its application which is incorporated by reference herein.
(F) The grantor agrees to and shall furnish, without installation charge or monthly service fee, a free connection to the local police station facilities and one connection to all fire houses to the Community Building, to the Public Library and any other building or buildings designated by the Town Council and to all public and parochial, elementary and secondary schools located with the Town limits.
