§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Upon learning that a person or entity is doing business as a contractor, as defined herein, without having registered, a citation shall be issued to said person or entity by the Building Commissioner of the Town for each violation.
   (B)   Citations may be issued for each and every violation of the required provisions of this chapter, and each such violation shall be treated as a separate act for which a citation may be issued.
   (C)   Citations issued under this chapter shall contain the date, time, name and address of the violator, the code section violated, the nature of the violation, location of the violation, the name of the officer issuing the citation and instructions as to the disposition of the citation(s).

   (F)   Any person who subsequently violates any provisions of this chapter in the same year for which registration was required shall be subject to a civil penalty pursuant to the Appendix: Fines and Penalties in Ch. 31 of this code of ordinances.
   (G)   Each subsequent day of violation shall be considered a separate offense for which a citation may be issued.
