§ 110.02 USE OF STREETS.

The Clerk-Treasurer shall notify the Town Council of the issuance of any license for any circus, carnival or parade or similar event and, if the streets of the Town or any other public place are required to be used therefor, the same shall be done in conformity with the directions of said Town Council.
