§ 30.043 ORDER OF BUSINESS.

   (A)   Business shall be taken up by the Town Council in the following order:

      (1)   Roll call;

      (2)   Approving the minutes of previous meeting;

      (3)   Approving and referring claims and bills;

      (4)   Reception of petitions, citizen’s input and remonstrances;

      (5)   Reports from department heads and special committees;

      (6)   Old business;

      (7)   New business;

      (8)   Projects in progress; and

      (9)   Adjournment.

   (B)   The Town Council may, by a majority vote, suspend the rules.
