§ 95.29 REMEDIES; VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Nothing herein contained shall prevent any person from exercising any right or seeking any remedy to which he or she might otherwise be entitled or from filing his or her complaint with any appropriate governmental agency.

   (B)   Any person violating any provision of this subchapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided by law.
