(A) Burning not exempted by the previous subsection may be permitted with prior written approval of the Chief of the Fire Department furnishing fire protection in the locale of such fire or his or her duly authorized representative.
(B) Provided, however, that, the following types of burning may also require approval of the County Health Officer or his or her designated agent:
(1) Emergency burning of petroleum products;
(2) Burning of refuse consisting of material resulting from a natural disaster;
(3) Burning of highly explosive or other dangerous materials; and
(4) Any other burning which the Health Officer, or the designated agent may from time to time so indicate.
