The owner of the property upon which an alarm system has been installed shall be the party against whom fees shall be imposed under this subchapter. There shall be no fees imposed for three false alarms in any calendar year. However, upon the fourth false alarm in any calendar year, a fee as listed in the Fee Schedule in Ch. 35 of this code or ordinances shall be imposed against the owner of the real property upon which the alarm system has been installed. Upon the fifth false alarm in any calendar year, a fee of $as listed in the Fee Schedule in Ch. 35 shall be imposed. Upon the sixth and every subsequent false alarm in any calendar year, the fee shall be as listed in the Fee Schedule in Ch. 35.
