(A) This section is hereby adopted as provided by I.C. 3-8-5-2(a) and (c); and, provided that, candidates of Town offices shall be nominated by the use of primary elections beginning calendar year 2015 and continuing thereafter for a period of 12 years, until this section is repealed or modified.
(B) These primary elections shall be governed by all relevant provisions of state law, including, but not limited to, the provisions of I.C. 3-8-5-2(c).
