§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   Any animal being possessed in violation of § 91.45 of this chapter may be seized by a humane officer and impounded. Any person violating any of the provisions of § 91.45 of this chapter shall be fined pursuant to the Appendix: Fines and Penalties in Ch. 31 of this code of ordinances.
