(A) Any entity wanting to do an animal performance or exhibition must contact the Town Clerk- Treasurer and seek approval from the Town Council before the scheduled event may take place.
(B) The applicant shall provide proof of insurance executed by a company legally authorized to do business in the state in limits of liability not less than the amounts set forth in state law.
(C) Any permit issued under the provisions of this section may be revoked by the Town Council or its agent for violation of any local, county or state law regulating such performance or exhibition.
